I really love this podcast — and I think views, attitudes, and opinions like these are so valuable. First — There is a healthy antipathy towards bad counseling. So the answer isn’t always “get some help.” Second, there seems to be a genuine dose of both common sense (“Dump her! Don’t put up with that.”) and genuine empathy, forgiveness — when appropriate, and appreciation for love and acts of kindness. Third — the hosts are really delightful. As in “I would hang around with these people” delightful. Finally, as the hosts have finished their first tranche of episodes and are deciding whether or not to continue —- I hope they continue. People need big help in guiding them to healthy relationships. I know, it’s a labor of love. But that’s what it’s all about, really. So — many thanks for the work so far. Hoping they find a way to carry it on.

It’s encouraging to me to (mostly) hear people react to relatively common relationship questions and realize I don’t have wildly out of normal ideas of how relationships should work. The hosts are enjoyable to listen to (more opinions from the “play-by-play” commentator please!!). And it’s not too authoritative. Keep it up.

It’s an enjoyable, easy listen. They don’t come down hard on either gender and they dole out the advice with equality. So any gender/identity/sexual orientation can listen and also enjoy. Nice break from my usual true crime library.

I found your podcast on Overcast, this is great. I haven’t listened to dating / advice shows before, as I’ve been in a relationship for 6 years, but this is just funny and entertaining. And I do learn some tips for staying conflict-free at home.

Just stumbled across this show over the holidays and I was surprisingly hooked. Such a simple concept (answering anonymous internet questions about relationships), but it actually works really well, and the banter between hosts is entertaining. And feel like I learn some tips—not necessarily anything I need now, but stuff that I’m sure will come in handy down the road—during every episode. Hope this show stays around.

This show I stumbled upon, looking for anything other than news, or anything to do with the insanity of the world, and I found it. This. Is. Hilarious, but also very insightful, and useful for, really, any relationship. Highly Recommended.
