Josh is humble, kind, and introspective and facilitates the best conversations I have ever heard. His guests come from such an array of backgrounds and experiences that I have found so much value in each episode. Beautiful story brother. Very similar medical history as me. I ended up writing my memoir based on my psychological death of the ego that I experienced. Came off of opiates, Zoloft, and Paroxetine, while using mmj with meditation and epsom salt baths. I un-became, so to speak, and and have completely changed my life to Self. 🌌🙏🏽Keep up the excellent work.

Definitely enjoy this podcast every week from the incredible back stories of the guests to the insightful understanding of what some of these men and women went thru to get to where they are now. Looking forward to more

Great stuff - encouraging and motivating. Some of the folks on this podcast have that on a number of others, but my backstory always gets a fresh perspective and new info.

Every podcast is unique and different with each phenomenal guest speaker. Josh gives free reign to his guests to talk about exactly what his theme is all about - philosophy, motivation, recovery, mindset, addiction, perseverance, and life through the lives of veterans or first responders -turned-Entrepreneurs who are making an impact through business and life after service. What I like about this podcast is that each person brings enlightenment, humor, wisdom and experience that you can take with you through their life stories in service as well as in service to what they do now in business and their community. It’s a very down-to-earth, no-holds barred conversation with a little bit of humor, sarcasm, and explicit language just as you would hang out with your own circle of friends or influence on any given day. Tuned in for the first time to listen to Pat McNamara. I’ve have heard just about every podcast Pat has been on, I’d have to say this one was the best!! I usually always end a podcast wishing the host would have just let Pat or any guest speak and stop interrupting so much. And I like your style of not researching him too much. Keep doing what you’re doing!!!

Well the tittle speaks for it itself, for me is one of the best Podcasts I’ve subscribed because is very legitimate and intimate. Josh just comes out of the blue and lets the conversation take its own path. As an Active Duty guy I always find myself relating with some of the stories from other fellow Veterans, but what’s the best part of it is that when it comes to mental health it relates to every single one of us who have dealt or still dealing with some type of struggles. Every week I love dedicating two hours of my day listening to what’s new on My Backstory!!!
