In this podcast episode I am joined by guest Rosie Bligh, Midwife and Pre & Post Natal Coach who talks with me about running in pregnancy. She is currently 38 weeks pregnant in this podcast and has run her entire pregnancy (plus in other pregnancies) so I thought she was the perfect guest to have on. 

We also talk about how exercise effects Birth & Beyond too, so even if you're not a runner this is still a GREAT listen.

"I did run in pregnancy but found a real stigma around it, please tell me the benefits?"

"I wanted to do a bit of running in pregnancy but was fearful I might do the baby some damage, is it safe for the baby?"
