At different times we realize or we think if physical activity is really health, but why this question? In many occasions we see the consequences that training brings, that is to say that we see how those sportsmen and women who at the time used to do physical activity, now don´t want to know about it, they have reached the point of not doing physical activity or they are not in the best health conditions.

But we must seek the answers to this problem, and in my opinion lies in the intensity and volume of training, recovery times and most importantly the injuries that occur when performing the activity and the management given to these; and now we highlight the fundamental role of the coach, who is the person who watches over the health of the athlete and who is responsible for properly managing the aspects of training mentioned above.

That is why, from an early age, children should be encouraged to practice different sports or physical activities that are to their liking in order to maintain an optimal state of health. Now, in the situation that is lived by the pandemic of Covid 19, it is important that children know how to make a good management of leisure time and perform different activities to avoid sedentary lifestyle and exercise both body and mind. This type of activities such as books, video games or sports not only keep them in a good state of physical health but also contribute to their mental health and adaptation to the new reality that we are facing with the global pandemic; therefore, from home and from educational institutions should be encouraged to play.

Throughout the life of the human being has been present the game, regardless of the age of the person always resorts to the game as a form of fun, distraction, improvement in mood and improvement of physical condition. Going back to education we realize that regardless of the context, of what you want to teach or the type of population, we always resort to this as a methodological tool that facilitates learning, this by using the game as a distractor of the attention of the person without neglecting the objective of each intervention, either the teaching of a sport, a mathematical operation, learning a language, and other aspects found in each of the subjects that have the curriculum of each institution. Most teachers resort to the game at all times and this brings benefits for both parties, both for the student or pupil and for the teacher or trainer; within these benefits creativity, problem solving and most importantly interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships are highlighted.
