Incredible Listen, Every Episode
I honestly would not have believed these events were real or representative a year ago. The host does an excellent roundup of malfeasance in the criminal justice system, and more importantly, provides receipts. If you can’t believe this is real and think it’s sensationalized, I’d encourage you to listen to more episodes and check out the show notes.

Superb
The host was graduating from law school the year I started, he was well respected and if you listen to this podcast you’ll understand why. Do you want to know exactly how systemic racism, oppression, police violence, and gross injustice are allowed to run rampant in the “land of the free” in the 21st century? This show gives you the blow by blow, and is punctuated by exquisite legal analysis without a jot or a tittle of pompous jargon. I hate to use the word “entertaining” as it relates to such deadly serious subject matter but the delivery will keep you engaged as well as enraged. This is important material and the show deserves to be widely listened to and supported. A functioning democracy that lives up to its aspirations depends on a well informed and active citizenry. If we have any hope of slowing racist state violence and authoritarian rule by the enforcers of capitalism, we best pay heed to this show and support legislators who will move us forward. This show is entertaining, informative, and important. A great find in a deeply disturbing time.

The Most Important Podcast In America
By shedding light on today’s brutality of those who we have hired to protect us, T. Greg Doucette has become the white knight of our day! His weekly exposition on the dark side of law enforcement should be heard by everyone. His plain English way of pointing out the charade that has become law enforcement and calls to action by the average person to change the laws through getting new Congress critters and actually holding them accountable through the democratic process are heartening. His open mind and sharp tongue ring true and his experience brings it all together! His heart is exposed by the different fundraisers he does throughout the year. Support this show, this host, his fundraisers because he addresses specific issues and necessary fixes. This is a must listen podcast!

Love it
Wonderful in your face enthusiasm about the injustices in our country as well as being highly informative regarding our legal system.

Don’t... just don’t
Don’t listen to this podcast. I listen and realized that the information that’s given on here is kind of correct at times but mostly sketchy. If you want to know about the law read some books and research the law where you’re located.

Critical
Quality content by a great host. This kind of information about our legal system misconduct need to get out but unfortunately, America is only interested in it’s McDonalds and latest Kardashian update...until it’s themselves that are the victims and then they want to know “where is the outrage”.
With caution
Must listen
Greg brings it every week, bringing you updates on the good (it’s in there!), the bad, and the ugly of law enforcement and our justice system. It’s something everyone should listen to, and pass on to their friends.

Excellent and Accessible
T. Greg Doucette holds a deep knowledge not only of the law, but the legal and criminal justice system as it actually functions...the good, the bad, and the ugly. There’s a lot of ugly.

Smart, Irreverent and Info-filled
Listen to be informed, stay for the entertaining presentation! If you thing bad policing is just abnormal or only happens in a few departments; then I have a bridge I want to sell you.

Criminal Justice Reform From A Conservative PoV
I’m about as liberal as it gets, but I really enjoy hearing from a sane conservative about racial inequalities in our criminal justice system. One of the few conservatives I’ve heard who really gets it right. You will not hear the usual bs conservative talking points (eg all lives matter), but you will hear some sane discussion about police and government abuses of authority, both criminal and moral. Highly recommend!

Law and Order
These introspections into our criminal justice system display with proof the inadequacy in how the 14th Amendment is implemented in practice. Equal Protection under the law is what every “law and order” supporter claims to support- I challenge every one of those to listen to these podcasts and tell me to my face that our system is working properly. The sheer amount of research and fact checking this podcast uses is phenomenal, and every law abiding citizen should listen to this podcast it understand the limitations of their rights in practice, and why the should be worried about violations of other citizens’ rights.

Smart and informative
Intelligent, informative, witty, and profane take on US and local politics and legal happenings, with the added bonus of a local Durham NC perspective. Well worth a listen!

Worth the time to listen
If you want to get smarter about the functioning of the US justice system, such as it is, you would be hard-pressed to find a better teacher than T. Greg Ducette.

Sobering, timely, and solid criminal justice discussions
Greg puts a little of everything into this in addition to the ongoing litany of criminal justice misbehavior from around the US and world. The Law 140 segment is always a good feature for grounding the discussion around rule of law and the basis from which those rules were created.

Amazing podcast
Stark reminder that civil rights remain the biggest issue of our time.

Interesting and refreshing
Greg delivers a very non-partisan insight and view into the law. Don't believe the system is broken? Listen to just one episode and you'll be amazed.

Great. Just great.
I'm not an attorney, but have always been interested in the law. TGD does a fantastic job of making complex issues easy to understand for the layperson.

Excellent
Excellent podcast. Very informative and genuine.

Possibly the most important podcast out there.
The fact that calling out abuse in our criminal justice system is controversial is ridiculous. This show is hosted by a conservative who isn't afraid to highlight the abuses week after week. Listening to this podcast, I can't imagine one could stay blind to them as so many try.

Informative and Entertaining
I have followed Greg on twitter for a while now and didn’t even realize he had this podcast. I was thrilled to hear about it and have been racing through all of them. He is insightful, his points are always well thought out and he uses consistent logic. I disagree with him on some things ideologically but understand where he is coming from even in those instances. I identify myself as a liberal and find this podcast very enjoyable.

Great Law Podcast
T Greg Doucette has an excellent podcast and twitter account that I have been following for some time. While he's distinctly right of where my politics lie, I find his breakdown of current law topics have an important role in demonstrating systemic issues in racism, deference to prosecutorial whim, and lack of police accountability impact how justice is carried out in our society.

Meaningful Start to my Week
The first podcast I listen to every week and one of the podcasts that presents views not necessarily correlative to mine but valuable and intriguing. Keep up the good work Greg!

Insights like no other
Each episode delivers something I want to write down so I'll remember it later. Rarely do I not quote T. Greg after listening, so everyone I know can have the benefit of his insights. His parsing of legal issues is especially enlightening. Just a really great podcast!

I first heard of Greg from Twitter and quickly began following him. While we definitely have differences of opinion, I love Greg’s honest and unfiltered take on current events and look forward to the podcast every week!

Love love love
Absolutely love this pod! I heard Greg on another podcast I listen too and enjoyed hearing his take on things! Great pod if you are interested in anything with the law or a good eye opening pod to all the things happening in the USA that might not be talked about in msm!

Captivating podcast
Each week Greg gives us the latest update on government hypocrisy, law enforcement misconduct, and a lesson on the criminal or constitutional law. His conservative perspective is basic and straightforward, he's smart as a whip and importantly, he has good timing and a very pleasing voice. I don't miss an episode.

Great Law & Criminal Justice Podcast
This is a fantastic podcast, especially if you're interested in law and the American criminal justice system. The host is a practicing attorney who breaks down complicated legal concepts into topics for everyone to understand. Take a listen!

Hidden gem!
I'm a West Coast liberal, far cry from a southern conservative like Mr. Doucette. I first heard him on Friends Like These and Was thrilled when I found he had his on pod. I try to keep an open mind about news, not follow ideologues who look for evidence to prove a theory instead of the other way around. When it comes to inflammatory news like police misconduct, you can't find enough of that asinine thinking out there. There is one side who is willing to side with the police above all else; another side who is willing to oppose the police automatically. Neither of these attitudes is healthy or productive. This pod highlights the best of good critical thinking and analysis that treats both sides fairly. T. Greg Doucette does a great job of breaking down misconduct from a legal perspective, and conveying it in layman's terms for the legal dummies like me. I hope to shake this gentleman's hand one day for the good work he's doing to make the world a better place by pointing out stupidity with a badge.

Good legal basics for the non-lawyer
He's a Republican, and I'm as liberal as they come. But he doesn't look at the world through tribalistic politics but the legal and logical lens. I learn a lot from this podcast as a non-lawyer. He's funny too (calls our president papaya pouts among other things)

Great way to stay informed about the craziness in our legal system
Greg does a great job hitting the weeks legal highlights or lowlights depending on how you look at. Great way to learn a thing or two about the law and it's role in our political system and our lives.

Great podcast!
Really enjoy doucette and his lively podcast!

Great podcast
Doucette is a social justice warrior that keeps the term from losing all meaning. A criminal defense attorney reporting on police and other government transgressions throughout the country. This is what holding government accountable looks like.
home sick not homesick
There is nothing else quite like it.
This is a justice podcast. At its core this is deeply conservative. It is about the power of government applied to citizens. There is nothing else like it. It is fascinating.

Smart, sharp, and timely
T. Greg Ducette is a lawyer in Durham, North Carolina. Every week, he gives a rundown of legal news, along with clear explanations of the legal principles involved. He is also a Republican who despises Donald Trump, and he lays out why pretty clearly. The content is first rate, and Greg is intentional about keeping the quality high. Thanks to Mike the Sound Guy, the audio is superb. They put it out in time for my Monday morning commute, and there are meticulous show notes. It's a lot of work, and a great result!

Amazing podcast
I first learned of T. Greg on With Friends Like These. I find Greg's review of current events and #law140 segments great addition to my weekly listening. In fact I discovered this podcast last Monday and went back and listened to all old podcasts. Will be contributing on Patreon

Best Law and Order fanfic out there
The silky saxophone solo that opens each episode is worth the download by itself. If you stick around you'll get smart, unbiased commentary on the woes of the criminal justice system as well as on the political system that built it, all delivered in a vaguely southern accent. You'll even get a free law school class at the end of every episode. Even though the episodes have gone from half an hour to an hour and a half, It's still less time consuming than following T. Greg's twitter feed. (Which is also worth your time).

How is Anders already taken?
What you see is what you get.
As a bleeding-heart libtard snowflake, I appreciate this pod and the perspective Doucette brings. He's dismantling the idea that left/right, liberal/conservative folks can't get along or see eye-to-eye at a time when that's desperately needed.

BLM meet conservative lawyer - and it's great!
Fantastic (and infuriating!) overview of police brutality and how the legal system shields it, with bonus intro to criminal and constitutional law segments. This podcast is a must-listen - there's a reason it's the first podcast I've ever reviewed. Thank you, T. Greg and Mike the Sound Guy!

MIke, The Sound Guy Rules!
Love the podcast and its content. However, the best part is Mike, the sound guy. You won't hear from him, but he is some kind of audio genius. Its incredible that the podcast was able to acquire his level of talent. Really speaks well of T. Greg that someone of Mike's caliber would involve himself with this project.
