From day one of “From the Yellow Chair,” I dove in with much enthusiasm even though I am not in the business of home service. I learned many years ago that Crystal’s passion for people and small businesses was one that made her approach to marketing one that could transcend age, genre, and class. She has a way to talk with you and not at you when explaining marketing that could easily be overwhelming. She asks the questions and shares the tools that can continue you on your personal journey through advancing your company. She realizes there is no one shoe fits all approach on all things and a “failure” is just a notch toward progress. With Crystal’s Southern gal charm and knowledge you can get a big time marketing plan rooted in a hometown package. Pairing her and Emily together helps me see the down home roots and the straight forward approach to growing my company through actions and branding. Emily has helped me realize just how important consistent branding and telling my story to my customer is. Highly recommend this podcast to the home service peeps and small businesses too!
