Food and beverage manufacturer, PepsiCo, recently announced a $216 million investment in long-term partnerships with 3 major farmer facing organizations as part of its pep+ positive agriculture agenda. The investment is to encourage regenerative agriculture, a term used to describe holistic farming systems that among others improve air and water quality and enhance ecosystem biodiversity.
