Edge is an Exercise Science student who went through a weight loss journey by losing 110 pounds in 12 months.Before the pandemic, Edge felt stuck in a never-ending cycle of denial, anger, and depression. It wasn’t until he stepped on the scale did his reality break, he weighted 344 pounds, and had to take a different path. Then he accepted the fact that his health is heading torwards the wrong direction due to his obesity. After countless hours of doing research, going through trial and error, and facing countless mental roadblocks, he was able to lose 110 pounds. This gave him a deep insight on what works and what doesn’t, theoretically and practically.
