I've been an athlete my entire life, served in the British military for nine years then, after my own experiences with injury and recovery, both physical and mental, I embarked on a new career path.Since then I've worked around the world as a Personal Trainer and Therapist with clients ranging from average joe's to athletes, racing drivers and royal families. My career experiences have reinforced my interest in what makes people tick and how our health comprises of so many factors across the physical, nutritional and psychological. In this podcast I'll be informing and entertaining whilst talking to a variety of people from every day gym goers, specialists, record holders, friends, peers and having some great first time conversations; all about the factors that affect us as human beings and influence our lived experience.

Wow, what an episode this was! Dr James Morehen has had a fascinating career to date. He hold a BSc in Sports & Exercise Science, a MSc in Sports Physiology and a PhD in Sports Nutrition.
