Dr James Morehen has had a fascinating career to date. He hold a BSc in Sports & Exercise Science, a MSc in Sports Physiology and a PhD in Sports Nutrition. His career has included work with Rugby and Football teams, Jockeys, Boxers and Formula 1 Drivers.

He has been in charge of the nutrition for both the England Men's and Women's Rugby teams, the England Men's Football teams and, alongside his own business currently works with Bristol Bears Rugby Club at academy and adult levels.
