I spoke to Anna Vlachos, a former TV Reporter in Toronto, Canada to hear her motherhood journey story. &nbsp;She conceived all 3 children naturally in her 40s! &nbsp;She didn't expect to get pregnant so easily, yet that is exactly what happened for her and she even conceived her last child while she was on birth control.
