Vivian Frost is a&nbsp;wife, a mother, and a life coach. &nbsp;She became a first time mom at 46 and currently has a 5 year old. &nbsp;She shared her fertility journey, which includes hyperthyroidism (aka Hashimoto's disease). &nbsp;We also talked about whether or not it's selfish to have a baby after 40. &nbsp;I welcome you to share your thoughts too.
