In Episode 8, we discussed leadership skills in professionals and what hiring managers look for in emerging talent when hiring for leadership roles. This episode breaks that down even further to elaborate on what skills young students should be looking to build upon as they develop.

The primary focus will be on hiring interns and qualities they see in someone looking to assume a leadership role. Evans had experience in numerous leadership positions in large aerospace companies, specifically as Senior Director and CEO.
