Where most business / entrepreneurial podcasts focus on the basics of getting started, Casey and her guests take the conversation to a whole new level! If you’re looking for a podcast that’s conversational, insightful, relatable, and will help you succeed far beyond the basics, then this is the one for you.

I, being a new entrepreneur, thought I’d give this lovely lady a listen. Oh my goodness! All I can say is she did not disappoint! Ladies if you want to listen to a motivational, passionate young lady who is very knowledgeable and easy to follow and understand you have found a great person to start with! Casey Gromer you are awesome and I thank you for sharing your talent and voice! You are inspiring!

I don’t usually listen to podcasts, but was interested in this one. As a working mom, it is the other stuff that I get bogged down with. I like how Casey articulates it and gives practical steps to help. I also like her sense of humor and her explanation of “default parent.” My friends and I used to say “primary care giver.” Aka- the one in charge of everything. This podcast really has me thinking about how the typical 8-5 doesn’t work for a lot of working moms.

I live listening to Casey and feeling her positive energy and passion for women in business. Every time I listen I learn something new and have a revelation about next steps and ideas in my own coaching business and the women I support!

I look forward to my weekly listen! Casey has sparked my enthusiasm for my business when the fire had nearly died. She is a very relatable host who has load of energy! Her content is very practical and leaves me with a spring in my step as I head off to work. This week, what struck me about the podcast was how it stirred critical thinking and discussion about a topic that wasn’t business (or COVID) related. I was alone and didn’t join the discussion Casey had on LinkedIn. However, it kindled a need for me to seek out similar discussions and debates, to be intellectually stimulated and, honestly, to think that I had a chance at being an interesting person again! Thank you, Casey! TOP NOTCH!!!

This podcast is the perfect blend of tactical information to help female leaders of their businesses grow and thrive and Casey’s deep thoughts where she shares her personal stories that many women running businesses and families can relate too. Brilliant podcast!

I have been on the edge of my seat waiting for this podcast to launch and after blazing through the first three episodes my expectations were beyond exceeded! As moms and business owners, we not only have unique needs in the professional arena in order to thrive, but we also have unique expertise and perspectives to offer and Casey affirms that for us in every episode. I have never felt so seen! It is such a welcome departure and breath of fresh air compared to the bro’ marketing that always seems to seep into my earbuds and newsfeed. So glad to have this wicked smart, relatable, and funny lady in between my ears now with this awesome podcast!
