Welcome to Feeling Better with G, a podcast geared for kids ages four to twelve to learn about their emotions and how to better handle them! Randi, a licensed therapist, and her five-year-old-daughter, Giuliana, have provided short exercises in which they teach breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and coping skills for the benefit of bringing calm to your little ones' nervous systems. Growing up is hard! Here you will find some tools to add to your children's emotional toolboxes to help them cope when struggling with tough emotions! All scripts are written by Melodi Ingalls, M. Did you know you can breathe like a bunny?? It might seem silly, but it can help you feel better!  Find a comfortable place to sit down. Close your eyes and imagine you are a bunny, sniffing around in a garden, looking for carrots. Oh look! There's one! Bunnies make quick sniffs when they breathe. I am imagining that mine are pink and purple, but your wings can be whatever color you want them to be. Take a deep breath in through your nose, and as you do, raise your wings up into the air!
