Hello, welcome back to the show, todays episode features Melissa Lobach, a fellow podcaster and all round creative wizard who has battled with a genetic anxiety disorder. We spoke about the issues that came along with her anxiety as a child such as social exclusion and bullying. Today Melissa manages her anxiety with a solid daily routine to help keep her performing at her best.
Melissa and her co-host Kraken run the show "The Squonk and The Hag" where they talk about the supernatural, true crime and a little dabble into conspiracy theory too.
I hope you enjoy this episode and take something from it.

On this episode, I was joined by Youtube Ideas creator Oscar Gracie. Oscar is a very intelligent and interesting man who has found a very unusual career within the creative world, providing ideas for Youtube and OnlyFans content creators. We talked about how he got into this field, what inspired him to pursue content creation and the various other jobs or businesses he has been involved in.
This conversation was a lot of fun and very insightful.

Todays guest was Sam Kember, a training partner of mine who has transitioned from the world of body building. After a small dare Sam found himself training to compete on stage in the world of competitive bodybuilding, an experience that had its ups and downs. recently Sam swapped the thong and fake tan for a Brazilian Jiu JItsu Gi to compete at an entirely different kind of event.

On this weeks episode, I invited one of my training partners onto my sofa to have a chat about the battles he was having. I don't know Tom on a personal level so I really didn't know what to expect from our conversation. I knew Tom had a lot going on but I had no idea what was causing his pain.
Among other things, Tom found alcohol as a coping mechanism and his partner recently raised concerns for his health with the amount of alcohol he was consuming. Tom has taken the concerns onboard and is making a very real effort to change his behaviours to better his mental and physical health.
Check out https://adfam.org.uk/help-for-families/useful-organisations for useful links to advice and help around drugs and alcohol, for yourself or those you may be concerned about.

Hello and welcome back to FEAR the podcast, its been far too long since I last posted and I felt it was time to get back to it.
This is just a short episode explaining why I went away and to introduce you to season 2. This time around there will also be video of the conversation available, I really feel that video will add a well needed element to the show, where you can see the guests emotions throughout the conversation, to really help connect with the story.
I hope you look forward to what is to come, my first conversation is with Tom Brooks, a training partner of mine who has been dealing with a lot in recent years and so I look forward to sharing that with you in Episode 2.

On todays episode, I was very lucky to have Mr Kevin Hines join me for a conversation around surviving jumping from The Golden Gate Bridge at the age of 19 and the events leading up to it and to the life it has lead him to.
It was interesting to hear about his mind breaking in such a way that he was compelled to do the things that he did, the images that his mind showed him.
Kevin has gone on to be a huge advocate for mental health awareness and suicide prevention, Kevin has many ongoing projects and details of which can be found here www.kevinhinesstory.com and his videos on youtube via www.youtube.com/kevinhines
For anybody struggling with suicidal thoughts Kevin recommends his Art Of Wellness resource and here in the UK we have many charities and organisations that can help you or advise you if you are concrened about someone you know.
