In part 2 of the 'mental game' we follow up on the last episode where we spoke about the benefits of exercise, training, and being involved in endurance
based activities not only from a physical perspective but also a mental one.

Mark continues to share his experiences around mental health and why training and
coaching have been part of these strategies to help deal with his depression.
