Sarah Arnott is the General Manager of ZEROlevel Fitness & Wellness. She joined the fitness industry after working in aviation for 15 years, most of that time spent at McCarran International Airport. Sarah prioritizes whole foods for natural healing of the body and uses meditation to bring balance to the mind, body and spirit. Sarah is
certified to teach meditation and enjoys introducing the healing properties of meditation to clients. She is a mom to three kids and married to a pilot. Sarah loves aviation, planning detailed travel itineraries for their trips, and exploring new places with her
