In this final Part 3 of Dr Margaret Paul's 6 Steps to Inner Bonding, Dr BB summarises this process that teaches us how to truly take responsibility for ourself.  The bottom line is: the only person that is responsible for meeting our needs (now that you're an adult) is the one that is staring back at us in the mirror.  When you practise these steps, soon you'll realise that you're indeed responsible for meeting your own needs and if you were to take that responsibility, you would stop exploding in anger and or use addiction to numb your feelings.

Dr BB also shares that on the emotional level, it is important for us to feel all of our feelings.  When we have a feeling, we have to take responsibility for that and when we don't that's one form of self-abandonment.

Come join Dr BB to learn to heal your self-abandonment, and to love youself more.
