Dr BB's favourite holidays are fast approaching, however, she mentions in this Episode that holidays are never quite the same after someone we love dies.  May it be an empty seat at the dinning table, one less gift to buy or make can all serve as jarring reminders of how our lives have been forever changed. Although these realisations are difficult to face, Dr BB urges us not to avoid them or to hide our feelings, in order to maintain physical and mental well being.

Come join Dr BB to learn more about the loss and grief that we all have experienced in the past two years, and more.
