Time and time again in her consultation room, Dr BB sees the destructive effect criticism has on relationships.  In this Episode Dr BB explores the difference between criticism and critique, and how habitual criticism can corrode an otherwise healthy relationship.  Afterall, criticism is one of the four predictors of divorce based on Dr John and Julie Gottman's research,  they coined after the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse from the New Testament, depicting the end of time.  They are 1) Stonewalling, 2) Criticism, 3) Defensiveness, and 4) Contempt.

Dr BB promises she will cover them individually in four separate episodes.  Previous Episode 85 is Stonewalling, and this Episode is on Criticism - Are you a habitual criticizer?  If you are, Dr BB also provides you with a few practical tools and exercises to make positive changes in your behaviours.
