In this final and 3rd part of Dr BB's conversation with her guest: Dr Sally Spencer-Thomas.  Dr Spencer-Thomas is a clinical psychologist and award-winning mental health advocate with her own personal experience of losing her beloved brother to suicide.  Her mission of giving voice to people who have lived through suicide thoughts, attempts, and loss help those in despair see what's possible.  When Dr Sally's not flying around and traiing, you can find her in her fuzzy slippers in her home office with her loyal dog Rocky at her feet or up at 12,000 feet backpacking along the Colorado trail.  In this episode Dr Sally explains why the Guts, Grit and Grind book series only provides for men.
