Hi listeners! Today's episode consists of a comforting conversation of loss and grieving. It is an extremely painful experience to go through and we can find ourselves feeling hopeless throughout this tragic journey. I made this episode to reassure you that you are not alone!
Everyone grieves in their lives over different situations and at different levels. In this episode, I go into the stages of grief and how we can become stronger as it is something we cannot overcome, instead it is something that has to be carried with us for the rest of our lives.
