In the meantime, we have published quite a few videos on our YouTube channel and would like to use these videos elsewhere, of course.  This is relatively easy to do.  Different websites and services on the web talk to each other via various interfaces.  YouTube, for example, offers the possibility to embed the video content on a website.  This method is very popular, as it also requires little effort.  We use this on our WordPress site as well and this has directly another advantage.  Very many websites are run under WordPress today because you can realize different things pretty well with it.  And a very helpful thing that a WordPress site offers us is a so-called RSS feed.   Under a RSS feed many people may not imagine anything but it is a kind of formatted representation of content that can be distributed elsewhere.  And this is exactly what we have used in recent years to attract even more customers on the Internet.  Because one of the many services that most people don't know about is Google Feedburner.  Google offers a solution for many things and Feedburner is a way to make the content of an RSS feed available online.  And this has several advantages.  The first advantage is that Google Feedburner is used by many people to subscribe to content.  You can use an appropriate program to import the content from the RSS feed.  The second advantage is that with Google Feedburner you can redistribute the content to interesting other platforms.  For example, with our video content, we can now submit this RSS feed to Apple to have a video podcast generated from it.   Podcasts are very popular and preferred by many users because you can listen to the content on your smartphone while on the go.  And our videos are not necessarily designed to be viewed with the image content.  Nevertheless, this would also not be a problem on a mobile device.  With the help of our YouTube videos and our RSS feed, we can create a video podcast from the existing content that will later appear on iTunes or Google Play.  Since in our case we import the youTube videos to our website anyway, we use a plugin called Powerpress to format the content accordingly.  The plugin is free and offers a lot of useful features.  For example, we have the possibility to link to other content on our website within our RSS feed.  And you can also implement images or display videos in such a RSS feed.  If you have never seen a RSS feed before then you can imagine it like the news feed on Facebook, only that the content is not provided by different users but exclusively by our own and uncensored RSS feed.  If needed, you can even combine several RSS feeds!  One of the biggest advantages of RSS feeds is the fact that they are updated automatically.  This means that as soon as we create a new post on our website, the RSS feed is automatically updated and Google Feedburner is informed.  So we only need to make the effort once to set up such a RSS feed and as soon as the settings are made accordingly, it is always updated automatically and runs by itself.  As soon as you have published five or six videos on YouTube you can import them on your website and create a corresponding RSS feed completely free of charge.  For our feed we have published this today and we will now in the next step submit our RSS feed to portals like Stitcher so that our content is distributed even further on the Internet.  By the way, the distribution can be further automated with service providers like Zapier.  We use this solution, for example, to display the content from our RSS feed on LinkedIn.  Zapier is an online service provider that provides hundreds of actions for various programs, portals, websites and interfaces, but we'll talk about that another day. If you have any questions or suggestions about the content in this video, feel free to send us an email.  We always respond personally and usually within 24 hours.  That's it for today, thank you for your attention and we'll see you in the next video.
