After we have done some things in the last few days so that our viewers not only watch the videos but also sign up for the corresponding list as subscribers, we would like to add one or two more points today. First of all, there is a display of video content that appears at the end of the video. Because if our viewers have watched the video completely, then we can assume that they are interested in watching a similar video from the same video series. By the way, the playlist we created yesterday is very useful for this. On YouTube, you can have such playlists appear at the end of a video and this often leads to a viewer being willing to subscribe to the channel after two or three videos. In marketing, you learn that you usually have to contact someone 9 to 12 times before that person even remembers what a company does or offers. And for us, this means that we have to reach our video viewers several times before they even know who we are. In order to realize this, it is a good idea to provide these viewers with new and useful content. A YouTube channel is a good way to do this, but we also use another way and that is an email list. You can think of it as a sequence of emails with helpful content. In our case, interested viewers can sign up for it and they'll get an email in their own inbox every day. Although it is often said in marketing that email marketing is now outdated, the email inbox is still the first and central point of contact for many people. And you can keep reminding people that you exist with such emails in the long run. Because even if an email subscriber has already forgotten the name of your company, from which he may have received content a few weeks ago, he still has the opportunity to search his own inbox for the corresponding content. In addition, when subscribing to such an e-mail sequence, you will be asked what the name of the customer in question is. And their name is always a good way to address someone in a personalized way. In our video credits we also want to offer our customers the possibility to decide to buy our premium course. This is also easy to include in the video and it will help our customers at least once to remember that there is such a thing as a premium course. As far as the functionality of this course is concerned, at least with our programming courses there are always inquiries from interested parties. Since we point out in every video that we can be reached by email and the website is always linked in the descriptions of our YouTube videos, it is not a big problem for really interested customers to reach us. And that usually leads to some inquiries every day. There, mostly concrete questions are asked about the content or the interested parties describe which ideas or problems they associate with a certain topic. This leads to a very natural conversation and you can talk to these people without seeming pushy or having to chase them. The prospects ask questions and if you can provide helpful answers you are perceived as an advisor and not as an annoying salesperson, which we like much better than trying to trick people into closing a sale. We will now try to include as many of the elements discussed in this video series as possible without being obtrusive. Because one should not exaggerate the thing also and often there are even advertising contents the potential customers even totally deter. Here in Germany, for example, there is a supplier of cereals who makes such aggressive radio advertising that I switch every time I hear his advertising. This manufacturer tries within the 20 or 30 seconds in which its advertisement runs to mention their own company name at least 10 times. This causes a clear allergy in me as a potential customer and I will never buy one of his products! If you are from Germany yourself, then you know exactly who I mean, don't you? If you have any questions or suggestions about the content in this video, just send us an email. We always answer personally and usually within 24 hours. Until then, thank you for your attention and see you in the next video!
