Helloo beautiful  You are your superpower. You are magic. Pure blissful energy, a miracle of creation.  In this episode I welcome you to experimenting with your inner knowing, your gut reaction and intuition! What does that mean? Trust. Release anything that rises within you and refill with love. Trust that you have an incredible internal knowing and when you feel guided you can trust yourself. The more you trust yourself, the faster and easier it will feel to act on that internal wisdom and therefore the faster your ascension and manifestation will appear into 3D form. You are the key, the thing you have been waiting for and seeking thrives already within you. Let go of any doubts or fears and know that if you can see it in your minds eye, it already exists in one timeline or dimension and aligning yourself to whatever you desire will be the most important and worth while action you can take. Align to the essence of you.  Align to bliss, happiness, peace. Trust that it will then appear in 3D in divine timing and to accelerate this process, step into even more trust and direct your energy toward YOU. Hey Love. Life isn't the stagnant pond, no, it's the fast flowing crazy ass 1000ft tall waterfall. If life was represented in the ocean it would take form in tsunami tidal waves, but that doesn't mean they have to crash into your metaphorical sail boat. The Spiritual Power in Your Hair! Wow, wisdom from your hair to your heart.  “Our hair fashions might be just a trend, but if we investigate, we may find that we have been depriving ourselves of one of the most valuable sources of energy for human vitality.” -Yogi Bhajan  Consider the possibility that the hair on your head is there to do more than just look good. Man is the only creature who grows longer hair on his head as he grows into adulthood. Left uncut, your hair will grow to a particular length and then stop all by itself at the correct length for you. From a yogic perspective, hair is an amazing gift of nature that can actually help raise the Kundalini energy (creative life force), which increases vitality, intuition, and tranquility. Sharing this wonderful article and a little bit of background on my intuitive guidance and story behind why i'm so inspired by this.  The bottom line is, the government knows the supernatural power that lies within each human. So why aren't we being empowered by this wisdom in school? Closing the door on what isn't meant for you will allow all the abundance of life and the incredible things you deserve the ability to come to you effortlessly! Too often we hold onto 'chances' 'hopes' and 'expectations' in the hope that eventually we will prove our worth through this 'holding on' and these things will transform into what we truly desire and deserve... But this is acting from fear, not love or abundance. And whilst we are acting from a place of fear we aren't allowing the amazing stuff the ability to come to us. Because we aren't aligning all of ourselves and our energy in that direction. Energy concentrated and focused in the direction of what you want WILL equal your manifestation coming true, however whilst you are leaking energy into things that don't truly serve and support your highest self and soul mission, you will always be a less powerful version of yourself. With less energy to put toward what you truly desire it's no wonder that it takes longer for any momentum to gain and grow.  The universe is asking you to step up. To step out of the comfort zone. To take a leap of faith and trust you will grow wings and fly in the process.  Blind faith and trust is THE MOST POWERFUL manifestation tool because when we truly trust that what we ask for will come true, we create no resistance towards it showing up in our lives.  Amazing isn't it! So simple, yet it can feel challenging to do, especially when friends/relationships/ money/safety is involved.  Life is a journey, and when we ask for the answers they will be given to us... but we have to be courageous enough to ask. Ask for what you need. Listen to the guidance. Take the steps. Trust. Where are you still trying to prove yourself? Prove you deserve... whatever it may be, the job, the relationship, the holiday, the time out, the car, the friendship.. How are you trying to prove you are worthy to someone else  or in order to deserve something manifesting into your life? ___ Hello beautiful souls, in this episode we're diving into the inner work, power questions, the essence of you, ultimate manifestation and feeling of surrender to all that is. Inspired by a recent experience with my coach, that shone a light onto a pattern I was previously a little bit blind to... The question that came to light was 'Where are you still trying to prove yourself..." As I dug deeper in myself and journeyed further into my healing I became conscious of a pattern that was playing out in my current reality that was a mirror for the past.. I had attracted a like for like situation so that i could repeatedly feel the emotion as an opportunity to release and heal. It's been a CRAZY week of inner shifting and so my intention is to share this segment as maybe you can relate or feel drawn to shine a light on some area of your life that's ready for healing and releasing...  Peace, love and full expression of your inner crazy.
