Inspired by a recent experience with my coach, that shone a light onto a pattern I was previously a little bit blind to...
The question that came to light was 'Where are you still trying to prove yourself..." As I dug deeper in myself and journeyed further into my healing I became conscious of a pattern that was playing out in my current reality that was a mirror for the past.. I had attracted a like for like situation so that i could repeatedly feel the emotion as an opportunity to release and heal.
It's been a CRAZY week of inner shifting and so my intention is to share this segment as maybe you can relate or feel drawn to shine a light on some area of your life that's ready for healing and releasing...
