Today my guest is a good friend of mine Adrian Allen.

I met Adrian on a fitness holiday in Bali.
Adrian has worked in the mines over in Perth and gives great insight into what that life is like.
Money-wise and mental health-wise.
He has also lived in Thailand and Spain working in fitness retreats and we have an awesome conversation about what life was like then.
Hopefully, in the future, Adrian will be running his own fitness retreats.
