This week's special guest, Summer, and I get open about our experience with sexual assault trauma, our healing journey, and the importance of seeking help. Our goal this week is to help break the taboo-ness of rape and assault and give some insight on how to seek help and/or help someone who has been assaulted. We both knew it was very important to speak up and help bring awareness on this topic and we hope you are able to take away something from this episode.
