Notre première saison de podcasts "je suis infirmièr·e" a pour objectif de mettre en avant l'infirmièr·e de tous les jours, ses compétences et ses évolutions professionnelles.
La seconde saison "la sophrologie au quotidien" a pour objectif d'offrir aux soignant·e·s et étudiant·e·s des clefs pour prendre soin d'elles-mêmes, via des techniques de relaxation et de respiration.
Nous souhaitons prendre soin des soignant·e·s et revaloriser le regard que l'on porte sur notre profession, pour réamorcer l'espoir d'une évolution positive.
