First episode of the ONEOUTS series where i sit down with combat atheletes/coaches and talk all things fighting. I was lucky enough to catch up with Macca Jean, William Namoa and Vin Mahoni New Zealand based martial artists who made the trip over for Eternal 67 Gold Coast where Macca is rematching Danielle Curtis(spoiler alert she WON CHHHEEEHOOOOO).  This was recorded the night before the fight. Macca shares how she got into martial arts and her preparation for the rematch.  Willz and i cackle bout our history in MMA and Vinny gives us some amazing insight into coaching, running a gym(The Combat Centre) and his fighting lineage. Its been a min but we are back. We recently celebrated being together 15yrs and reflected on what we have learnt. We share about a recent blow up in the fam which resulted in a chat about the birds and the bees.
