Today's episode will unfortunately be the last episode of this season, we will discuss one of the biggest shifts in America history; the ban on abortions. We take a deep dive into some of the reasons why the change occurred and how this will effect many other things in the country. Is it okay of some of us to feel at least some what scared for the future; we both dissect that question and give reason why it may be okay to either be hopeful or scared. We want to thank everyone for listening and joining us on this journey; it has been truly eye opening, fun, and we can't wait for next season.

Gas prices, grocery prices, interest rates; everything is rising at an astronomical rate and honestly the one question everyone has on there mind is are we going into a recession. In today's episode we discuss if that is coming down the road and what are some ways we can prepare for if a recession does come. We have come to a conclusion on mental health and today we talk about signs. coping skills, and just give encouragement to everyone because sometimes you just need one person to give you inspiration.
