Jacob has been with FFL for only 3 weeks and has hit the ground running. This is a great episode for all brand new agents who are getting ready to start with FFL because he gives advise on how to set up the dial day as well as the mindset on the phone and the support system during the first appointments.

Anh is the definition of all gas and no breaks. He started with FFL right after the convention in Miami and he has constantly been booking 30+ appointments every week. He comes from working 7 years at AT&T and bringing his corporate knowledge and personal drive to find out his own limits. Anh is an exciting new agent who is showing a tone of potential and I would put my money on him achieving his goals this year. He is sharp and motivated and yet another example that this industry is for anyone who wants to help people and make a difference.

Mahmoud graduated from the university of Kentucky with a degree of business and finances and right away joined Family First Life, he is a workhorse who is running 50 appointments a week. He shared how he gets these done as well as how he challenges himself, his team and clients to accomplish his goals. Based on his work ethic and results he has a bright future ahead and is yet another example of the diversity and amazing culture at Family First Life.

Jon Sheel is 21 years old and has been with Family First Life for over a year. He shared some tips for young adults and why is important to have some life insurance early on. As always he also shared how he challenges his team and clients as well as himself to improve and to reach his goals. Jon is a very humble gentleman who always puts other people first.

Brian is 21 years old and has been with FFL since May 2021 he is a hungry and humble young man that has learned and grown a lot in less than a year in the industry. He shared his main learnings from the FFL National Convention and how he challenges himself and his clients to improve every day, enjoy it!

22 year old Wylie, is a 2021 Hall of Fame producer with FFL. His agency is issue paying between 300k and 350k a month. He shared with us his background and what were some challenges starting in the industry. He talked about his mind set for call days and how he challenges himself his team, and clients. He will get to 1 million a month by the end of the year.

On the first episode of 2022 I was joined by Brian Allen who has been with FFL for 8 months and has been able to issue paid over $40,000 the last 4 months. He talked about his challenges early on and how he was able to overcome them. He will definitely hit the Hall of Fame mark of $400k this year and I’m sure his agency will make the same impact.

In the last episode of the year Corey Latour joined me to share his early success with Family First Life after 4 months with FFL coming from 8 years in the military and a plumber himself he was able to get to $100K in just 4 months. He shared his phone script for 1 month and 3 month final expense leads as well as how he leaves voicemails and book’s appointments through texts. He will definitely hit Hall of Fame in 2022 and is aiming to the Million dollar mark for the year. A must listen!
