Men often go through pressures of life in silence. No one cares what we have to deal with. As a man, it's up to us just to get it done. But, does our love ones even care? Do they even appreciate what it is we do? Are they grateful for that that we carry to make their bearable. Have we become disposable in today's day and age? 

Every woman gets categorized, whether they realize it or not. Do you know where the men in your life categorize you? It might help you understand why you get treated the way you do. 

This episode is about what it means to be competent as a man. Being dependable and having a level of integrity. The question is also asked do you inner-stand what type of man you are. While giving a few characteristics of a Beta, Beta/alpha, Alpha, Alpha/Beta. Understanding who you are as a man goes along way when it comes to what type of relationship you want. As well as in the workplace. As a woman its vitally important to know the type of man who chose you for relationship. In order to have lasting and affective relationship.

How many of your past relationships you believed to be the one? What does it mean to find the "one" or even the right one? Does the right one equate, to the one who's going to put up with all your baggage and BS? Or, is the right one, the one who reflects back to you your life lessons?

Do you have a problem excepting instructions/advice, but give advice freely? Do women have an issue with a man telling them what to do? Do men have an issue excepting counsel from their woman, because she refuses to follow instructions from him? MEN... if you woman doesn't sound advice; i.e. they are not consciously/spiritually aware. How hard is it to except her council? LADIES... How do you operate in integrity and protect your man's heart? LADIES... Is peace scarier than chaos? MEN... What are some of the characteristics of being a GOD realized man?
