Life Tip: Stop Hating Girl
Each one of us has come across a hater at least one or twice in our lives. Unfortunately as a woman, that hater was probably another woman. On social media, I am more likely to read hate comments targeted at women from other women. After witnessing this travesty on YouTube earlier this week, I was inspired to address the issue on this week's episode. As a woman who appreciates other women, it would be amazing to see less hate and more genuine support. Next time you feel yourself wanting to say or comment something negative about another woman, ask yourself "am I hating?"

Stop Telling People To Quit Their Job
The debate of entrepreneurship versus 9-5 employment has social media in a chokehold with many agreeing that self-employment is the key to a life of luxury and happiness. Obviously, this is unrealistic and pressures individuals to seek entrepreneurship with the the belief that this is the best option. Instead of chasing entrepreneurship and treating a 9-5 as if it is the lesser option, my take is to chase purpose and create a life that best fits your strengths and passion. On today's episode I dig a bit deeper into the topic while giving a life update yo don't want to miss.  IG: @kennethia__

How To Navigate A Job You Dislike
Whew chile! I know that we are all too familiar with waking up and walking into a job that you do not like. I am hyper-aware of my purpose and hold the belief that we should all feel valued and fulfilled within our purpose. Many times we let our dislike for a job cloud the way we think and behave on the job and sometimes it can spill into our personal lives. I have been through desperately hating a job, but due to adult responsibilities, feeling stuck in said job. It took prayer and self-reflection for me to overcome this challenge and start showing up with a new mindset. I'm not saying it's easy or that everyday I show up with a smile, but I do understand. On today's episode, I share me experience and what helped me to slowly navigate the workplace.  IG:@kennethia__

My Depression Is Not My Identity
I'm back! Like I never left! Okay everyone, it's vulnerable time. On todays episode, I discuss where I've been at mentally and how I have been dealing with my depression. I give insight into how my self-reflection has aided me with my healing and my way back to me. We all have our own battles and they can become so overwhelming that we began to identify with those emotions. I know all too well what that's like and how easy it is to fall victim to those emotions. With God, I have been on the road to recovery and would love to share with you all.  IG: @kennethia__

Navigating The Hard Part of Healing
Healing is one of those things that does not come with a manual, making it difficult for us to navigate those dark moments. We see how others have overcome their struggle and want that ourselves. Well, that comes only after those tough moments have been met and navigated. I discuss my healing journey and how at this very moment, I am still trying to overcome.

The Men vs Modern Women Debate Is Getting Out of Hand
Warning: This episode will contain language associated with suicide and mental health.  On today's episode I cover the tragic lose of Cheslie Kryst, a life gone so soon. As discussed here are some resources for those who can and cannot afford therapy: https://www.appliedbehavioranalysisprograms.com/lists/5-mental-health-apps-for-when-you-cant-afford-therapy/ @Therapyforblackgirls  @Miss_mental0 @sitwithwhit @heyamberrae @mellow.doodles @themindgeeks Great Reads: Caroline Leaf-Cleaning Up Your Mental Mess, Switch On Your Brain, Study Guide-Cleaning Up Your Mental Mess Toure Roberts:Wholeness Also, make sure to call your insurance company and get a list of therapists who accept your insurance and check for a sliding scale.

How Plus Size Women Are Written In Media
For decades now the media has been writing plus size women as the stereotypical "funny freaky sidekick". We have shows like Moesha, The Proud Family, and the infamous The Parkers that show plus size women in a negative light while profiting off of the caricature of plus size women. Looking at the shows at a young age affected the way I viewed myself and plus size women as a whole. In 2022, not much has changed. On today's episode, I discuss the issues I see on TV and the lack of representation in the media. There are little no shows that depict the fullness of plus size women or show us as more than the sidekick used to prop up the protagonist. I call out some of our favorite old shows and some of our new shows and suggest what could be done to turn this train wreck around.

Do I Miss Sex?
Whenever I tell people I am celibate, the million dollar question is always "do you miss sex"? On today's episode, I answer that question and give insight into why I made this life changing decision. I can not wait for you all to get more answers and learn more about my walk with celibacy, and the ways that I have learned to make it fit my life. This episode is not a PBC episode on not having sex, but an adult conversation centered around my journey. In the episode, I spoke about Yvonne Orji, and an amazing Ted Talk that she did a few years ago. Here is the link promised: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8zw7AXwnb8M IG:@kennethia__
