For us its never been about the before and after photos, its always about what happens underneath the surface. Exercise selection in training is certainly important for getting the right training adaptation, but knowing the intention, knowing your why and most importantly knowing yourself is the most powerful skill you can develop. We belief that you can change your entire story through movement. This podcast we go deep into how to change yourself.
