Launching a business during a pandemic isn't easy, especially a clothing brand. But there's one woman who has adapted her business model to make it a complete success. We caught up with Hester, founder of Breast Dressed to find out more about the brand and how she came to start it. Breast Dressed is a design led and eco friendly clothing brand for pregnant and breastfeeding mums. The brand is very sustainable, putting nothing at all to waste. It was so good to speak to Adele about breastfeeding and the impacts of nutrition and exercise. As a certified nutritionist she had lots of amazing stuff to share.  We hear so much in the media about what to do or not do. Adele gave us a refreshing perspective and also busted some of the myths we so often hear. The main takeaway from this for any breastfeeding mama is (1) Hydrate at least 2.5 ltr a day (2) Eat the rainbow (3) Move, even if it's just a walk outside.

Vics from Boob Bling caught up with the lovely Jen from Moon Mama Vintage.  Jen started Moon Mama Vintage in March 2020, and sells vintage clothing exclusively via instagram for pregnant and breastfeeding mamas. Jen talks about her inspiration behind starting the brand, how to source vintage and how to "re-find" your personal style after becoming a mum.
