He refers to "Time Under Tension" is key to stimulating the muscle. He talks about the value of a coach is really important when it involves lifting weights. Your results are directly related to working out correctly.
He discusses working out a least 5 days per week. He says anything less than 3 days per week does not have any positive impact.
