Evans is an authority on personalized fitness coaching, which combines regular assessments, strength training, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching to give individuals the support and accountability they need in order to boost their metabolism and reach their goals. He holds several prestigious certifications such as a Certified Personal Trainer with the ACSM, Certified Metabolic Advisor with Total Trainer, Youth Exercise Specialist with NASM, a Level one Precision Nutrition Certification, Functional Movement Screen level I, FMS Corrective Exercise Level II, FMS Capacity Screen and Sports Conditioning Specialty Certification with ACE.

Since founding CNU Fit in 2009, Evans and his team has helped over 2,500 individuals lose over 33,000 lbs. In 2017, CNU Fit was awarded North America's Fitness Business of the Year and was recognized by Governor Carney as a nominee for Kent County Small Business of the Year. In, 2018 CNU Fit was recognized by Governor Carney as a nominee for Kent County Small Business of the Year and awarded Group Instructor & Personal Trainer Contract for Dover Air Force Base. Dec 2019, CNU Fit opened its second independent location in Milford, DE. In 2020, Evans was awarded Delaware’s Veteran Business Owner of the year.
