Women need help
Great Insight!
As I go through and listen to these podcast episodes, I am struck not only by the words, thoughts and insight into divorce, but also how many, if not all, of these topics relate to my daily life in general. It’s almost like I can remove the word divorce from the episodes, and I can still utilize this information. I can and should learn to love myself more! I can and should think about rejection, loneliness, love, acceptance, and my emotions (and every other topic Karin talks about) in new ways in order to train my brain to not be so negative. These topics are things you and I will be going through our entire lives, not just as we go through divorce—although that is most prevalent in our thoughts right now. Excellent podcast, and excellent coach! I highly recommend.

Karin gets it
Divorce is hard and supporting loved ones through it is also really hard. Karin understands how to approach divorce pain in such a way that invites healing. I love her style of teaching and passion for her work. She’s really helped me understand and apply skills to be my best self.

Great application of thought work to divorce
I appreciate the application of the thought work model to divorce. The topics hone in on sneaky ways our brain makes divorce harder, all
of which are succinctly explained. The only issue is the audio quality which is quite spotty for a podcast.
