In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, this four part series will discuss several topics concerning mental health and overall health and wellness. This episode will share the importance of understanding how your mind plays a major role in how you live, the choices you make and you value who you are. This episode will discuss Mental and Physical health with Special Guest Marlin Terrel. This segment we will discuss the importance of strengthening the mental state for the physical.In order to do anything successful, our minds must be on board in a positive way. Our body is our temple and we must take care of what has been given to us temporarily. Marlin shares insight on the role does fitness play in mental health, how a person overcome their mental fears to achieve their physical fitness goals, shares recommendations for those wanting to be committed to improving physically and mentally, but do not know where to begin. Marlin also shares how important it is to keep God first and to always trust him in every area of your life. Sometimes our seasons can cause frustration, fear, depression and anxiety, but without our faith, we won’t be able to really moved forward and make those changes physically if our thoughts are lined up with the word of God!
