Kevin Antcliff
Kevin has always been the biggest guy in the room, and not in the way he'd like. After a long struggle with obesity that reached its pinnacle when he weighed 377 pounds in 2006, he has decided the time is now to finally finish his fight. He's given himself just 120 days to get physically and psychologically ready to take and post the first shirtless picture of his life. Body dysmorphia, an unquenchable sweet tooth, bouts with laziness, and a crazy life with his blended family all sit in his path. And for some strange reason, he's decided to do it with no gym, and no weights. Just fitness bands. The clock is ticking, and the fear is motivating.
The Final Bands Only
Unable to find the reach he was hoping for, Kevin decides to wrap up the bands only podcast and move things over to Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. But good news, you can still join him there. I Quit!!!! But I Don't Want To...
I have hit a mental block that I'm not sure I can overcome. I'm nearing 40 days to go on my transformation, and I'm really just 40 days from humiliating myself. I need some motivation, inspiration, encouragement, anything at all to get my motor revved up again. I really don't want to fail another time.
