With only a few weeks left in the transformation challenge, I finally started seeing some fruits to my labor. For the first time, I feel like I can pull this off and impress a few people, but mainly myself.

I was THISCLOSE to quitting.

After a long struggle with obesity that reached its pinnacle when he weighed 377 pounds in 2006, he has decided the time is now to finally finish his fight.

He's given himself just 120 days to get physically and psychologically ready to take and post the first shirtless picture of his life.

Body dysmorphia, an unquenchable sweet tooth, bouts with laziness, and a crazy life with his blended family all sit in his path. 

And for some strange reason, he's decided to do it with no gym, and no weights. Just fitness bands. The clock is ticking, and the fear is motivating.
