I tried to shield them by bringing them in when I could but the older brother was too much and the mother no help. My son is getting older and I thought is a good idea to discuss our plan for him to transition into adulthood. The focus is financial literacy and moving out. I was inspired by a Facebook post which states a child being kicked out at 18 without a plan is a generational curses. I fully agree and I have been tweaking my plan since he was born. The plan has evolved as I had more children of course and my children all participate. I know I say I am always talking to myself, but I am never alone.
