I was super stressed out about starting a new LLC. I have been procrastinating big time. I said screw it and spent the extra money to use Inc file. I compared the speed of expedite for $50 extra on Inc file and just filing regular on Ohio secretary of state website. Man, dude, 🤣 Linda LISTEN!!!
