N1) When someone has the new coronavirus(COVID-19), their coughs, sneezes and spit can contain the bad virus. The virus can be in the air or on the surface of things around that person. If you breathe in the virus, or if you get it on your hand and touch your mouth, nose or eyes, it might come into your body, too.
N2) Once inside the body, the bad virus will multiply and start to do bad things. Some people start to feel very sick, and some people don’t feel anything at all. Anyone who has the virus, whether they feel sick or not, can give the virus to somebody else.
N3) It is important to try very hard not to get the virus or give it to anybody else. There are six rules you can follow to help stop the spread of the virus!
Rule No.1 Wear a mask
When you are talking with other people, wearing a mask helps prevent the transfer of spit droplets from one person to another. It also protects you from breathing in the other virus.
Rule No.2 Wash your hands
Wash your hands with soap and water and say bye-bye to the virus. If you can’t wash your hands with soap and water, wipe them with sanitizer or a wet wipe.
Next, rinse your mouth. The virus enters the body through the mouth, so it is good to wash it away by rinsing your mouth, gargling, and washing the area around your lips.
Rule No.3 Stay apart from others
Try not to get too close to your friends when playing with them.
Rule No.4 Cover your mouth and nose when coughing
If you feel like coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a mask, tissue, handkerchief or the sleeve of your shirt.
Rule No.5 Eat quietly
When food is yummy, the amount of saliva increases. That’s why it is good to try to chew quietly when you are with others.
Rule No.6 Open doors and windows
When you are playing or studying indoors, open the doors and windows more often. This helps the virus to go outside and clean air comes inside.
N5) We know it’s hard to keep doing these simple things every day, but it is important to try. We hope you remember to follow the six rules for stopping the spread of the bad and invisible new coronavirus!
