In today’s episode I talk about the difference between “Organized Religion” and “Spirituality.” In order to illustrate and define the differences, I use a gym analogy. The analogy is: Organized religion is like guided weight machines and spirituality is like free weights. I speak about how we can appreciate the religion we were born into as we advance on our paths and grow spiritually. I also talk a little bit about how I spent my time studying these topics while I broke from social media for a year and a half. Additional note: For those who are interested in the exact Female Spiritual Path Course that I completed, you can find it at: www.clairenakti.com.

This session is also available on my YouTube Channel. This meditation will assist you in programming your mindset for: Self Love. Our thoughts form our physical reality, and if our thoughts are toxic ... so our life becomes as well. We can only get so far in our efforts to maintain physical well-being without also considering our self-talk. The atmosphere inside your head can either bolster your wellness efforts or hinder them. With proper guidance and practice, we can learn to program our minds in a way that encourages health on all levels of our being (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual). Learning to maintain a healthy level of self-appreciation will assist with the cultivation of mental clarity, mental agility, and emotional intelligence.

We don’t become knowledgeable by consuming information. We become knowledge-able when we feel experiences with the body and gain experiential knowledge. Our experiential knowledge builds our unique “body of knowledge” and in this way, we become wise.
