
Together we can find comfort in change by experimenting with different rituals and patterns that might bring us emotional support. Once I starting visualizing my life as “different seasons” or “different chapters” I could lean into change more, which allowed me to break free from my inner critic and unrealistic expectations. This is not about changing other people or changing your entire life - this is about finding small ways to talk to yourself more compassionately and beginning to rewrite old routines!
