I just wanted to say this podcast helped me get through a very difficult time in my life. I don’t believe in the Empath/HSP thing anymore I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder but this podcast was still extremely helpful. Farewell, I will always think about the time I spent listening to you.

I am really loving this podcast and helping me to reconnect with my empath self. Her voice is so soothing and just enjoyable to listen to. The sincerity in her voice is so refreshing. One thing I would suggest is getting a pop mic. I have been startled a few times by the hard P’s and K's. But beyond that I am really greatful that she decided to put this show out!
