This podcast is a sales pitch, it’s NOT about helping people
Jenna used to produce a very helpful content for OCD sufferers. However, in the past year it went completely downhill. Every single episode is a total sales pitch, she repeats the same information and doesn’t bring anything new for the listeners. Literally the last episode is 10 minutes long and 5 1/2 of those minutes are about selling her program. What is the point of releasing new episodes if you’re not gonna provide any new helpful information? Think long and hard before buying anything from her, she’s not about helping people, it’s all about making money.

Sales Pitch
I tried listening and apparently it’s just a sales pitch for her program? No thanks.

Stop stating intrusive thoughts
This podcast would be great but the host gives examples of intrusive thoughts… WTH come On. That is not ok.

Immediately helpful
I just listened to 102 with Kristina Orlova. Just hearing the term obsessional doubt and labeling it as such helped, that same day. Thank you!

So helpful
Thank you so much for the content you put out, it's so helpful and knowledgeable and cuts through a lot of the misinformation out there!

You will not regret finding a title that resonates with you, giving it a listen, and then more episodes will surely follow. Thank you Jenna!

Jenna helps make things simple
I really appreciate this podcast. Her episodes How To Talk Back to Your OCD and Send This Episode to A Loved One are my favorite. I love how she emphasized to do what feels authentic to you- while providing applicable tips. I also feel like a lot of what she talks about can be helpful for nearly any other struggle in your life.

This episode was amazing and what I needed to hear!🙏 I suffer with pretty severe mental compulsions/rumination. I’ve been through a VIOP treatment program and still continuing my weekly therapy. I just want my life back and to be living life to the fullest in my recovery. Thank you Jenna and Matt for sharing your story and all you do in helping those of us who suffer.

Taking back my life!!
I’ve always been a huge self advocate and with Jenna’s help and guidance I’ve been able to do that, one day at a time. I’ve been to therapist after therapist but no amount of therapy can get you where you want to be. Having the tools and knowledge to battle OCD when nobody is around has been my greatest defense and learning how my OCD operates is so eye opening. I can’t thank Jenna enough for all she does to help the OCD community and taking back my life!!

Great content
Content is good, presentation is a bit cringe. I would be scared to have Jenna over if there’s any dust on my blinds. So as to filter out spirituality from prosperity gospel, listen to Kate Bowler’s “Everything Happens” podcast. Kate Bowler also helps one prepare for more difficult situations that inevitably arise in life, such as grief. Can’t fix everyone and everything. But, it takes all kinds.

Jenna’s podcast, and instagram page have been more helpful than years of CBT therapy. Wish I had listened sooner. I am feeling hopeful for my recovery again. Thank You Jenna!

Key aspect of recovery
This podcast has been integral in helping learn to leave in recovery. The podcast and all Jenna’s wisdom and knowledge she shares has helped me connect dots. I have learned so much through ERP therapy and finding this podcast and Jenna’s content has been so enriching to my recovery. I wholeheartedly recommend you listen!

Sheds a bright light
This podcast sheds a bright light on disorders kept in the dark by those who suffer (literally) from them. It provides insight and hope with realism. The realism is that recovery takes work, and a properly trained therapist is crucial (no, I’m not a therapist or patient).

So Grateful!
I have always been told I was “too sensitive”. A therapist told me I have anxiety and PTSD but resources for being highly sensitive, anxiety, and PTSD only helped to a point. This podcast has made me feel like I found my tribe. Knowing I have OCD has brought me joy because everything makes sense and the information and resources are spot on. This podcast has brought a huge breath of fresh air and hope into my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The information in this Podcast is life changing with all the tools, experiences & wisdom from Jenna & the people she interviews.

Can I please give this 6 stars??
I mean omg where has Jenna and NOCD been all my life? I struggled with post Partum OCD and it took that to realize i have been misdiagnosed my entire life. I feel like Jenna is literally speaking to me on this podcast. I’ve shared with so many of my friends who also struggle.

So helpful to moms with mental health issues
I suffered with OCD since a child but just recently found my diagnosis. I have three children and I am about to have my fourth. I just love this podcast! It has so much good information for moms who are suffering with OCD. I so wish more people knew about intrusive thoughts and OCD. It would have saved me so much suffering! I share this with anyone I meet who is suffering. Thank you for what you do and being brave enough to talk about it!

Excellent!!
I can’t express how thankful I am for people like Jenna who step up to help others with so much honesty and ability! As an OCD sufferer for most of my 56 years, how I wish this information had been there for me as a terrified, suffering teenager. So thankful that the mental health community has come so far in understanding this disease! Keep up the phenomenal work!
